This Privacy Policy explains how Brikho Law PLLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information you provide when you visit brikholaw.com, request a consultation, or choose to receive text messages from us.
Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, case category, and the content of your inquiry. If you opt in to SMS, we record your separate marketing and non-marketing choices and when your consent was submitted. Technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, and pages visited may be collected through website operations and analytics. Cookies or similar technologies may be used to operate the site and understand its use.
How we use information
We use the information to respond to inquiries, evaluate requests for legal services, operate and improve our website, manage appointments, and communicate with you when permitted. Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not send confidential details through a website form.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, customer management, and communications, or when required by law or necessary to protect our rights. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party websites linked from this site have their own privacy practices.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors providing support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for their own purposes.

You will only receive marketing or non-marketing texts from Brikho Law if you expressly select the applicable, separate checkbox and provide a phone number. Non-marketing texts may concern consultations, services, appointments, or notifications; marketing texts may concern legal service updates and firm news. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for assistance. You may also call (248) 294-1111 or email miguel@brikholaw.com. We do not send promotional texts without separate marketing consent.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you provided by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons. You may opt out of marketing at any time.
