Brikho Law

Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms describe your use of the Brikho Law PLLC website at brikholaw.com and the firm’s optional text messaging program. Use of this website is subject to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Website and legal information

This site provides general information about Michigan criminal defense. It is not legal advice and does not establish an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship begins only after the firm agrees to represent you. Do not send confidential information through a website form. Information on the site may change and case outcomes depend on individual circumstances. The firm may update the site and these terms; the latest version and effective date will be posted here.

SMS messaging program

Brikho Law may send non-marketing texts about your consultation, services, appointments, and notifications only when you provide a phone number and separately opt in to those messages. Marketing texts about legal service updates and firm news require separate marketing consent. You are not required to agree to texts to request a consultation or receive legal services. Message frequency varies based on your interactions. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. To receive texts again, submit a new opt-in. Reply HELP for assistance, email miguel@brikholaw.com, or call (248) 294-1111. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 or older to opt in to the messaging program. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Other websites and site materials

Links to external websites are provided for convenience; we do not control their content or policies. The materials on this site are provided for informational use. Please contact the firm before reproducing or reusing site materials for commercial purposes.

Fees, confidentiality, and access

Fees, payment terms, and any refunds are determined by your written engagement agreement with Brikho Law; this website does not change that agreement. If you use a third-party payment page, that provider may have its own terms and privacy practices. We take reasonable measures to protect information shared with us, but sending information through a website form does not itself create an attorney-client relationship or establish attorney-client confidentiality. Please do not submit sensitive details through the form. You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, and we may restrict abusive access. These website terms do not replace any signed legal-services agreement.
